Janet is the Apprenticeship Program manager for CJR Renewables North America. She was excited to continue her work with apprenticeships when she joined CJR Renewables in early 2023 to establish the company's US Apprenticeship program. She leads the effort to recruit, onboard, and train the apprentices who will become a critical part of the North American construction labor team for CJR Renewables. The entire CJR Renewables North American team is dedicated to embodying the company's core values by developing exceptional Apprentices in multiple occupations and providing them the chance to build lifelong careers.
Janet’s background includes over 7 years of recruiting, onboarding, and HR generalist support for operations engineering and apprenticeship personnel, in addition to over 20 years in global capital project support with a focus on project management and project controls.
