Nikki Luke is an Energy Workforce Advisor in the Office of Energy Jobs at the U.S. Department of Energy, where she contributes to workforce development strategies and research to support high-quality jobs and equity. Dr. Luke is on leave from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where she is a faculty member in the Department of Geography and Sustainability. She previously worked at the University of California, Berkeley Labor Center. She has published papers, chapters, and reports on worker and community participation to ensure a just energy transition and has a PhD in Geography from the University of Georgia.
