Dan joined BASF Corporation in August of 2012 and currently serves as the North American Apprenticeship Program Manager. He oversees the design, development, and implementation of the BASF North American Apprenticeship Development Program (NAADP) at 25+ manufacturing sites.

Before joining BASF, Dan worked in learning and organizational development positions in the Marine Corps, Intel, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and a consultant role with Johnson & Johnson. Additionally, Dan has work as an operator, mechanical maintenance, and process engineering technician.

Motivated by his passion for providing personal and professional development for employees that range from technicians to senior leadership. Dan continues to leverage his education and experience to design, develop, and empower employees and companies through innovative and structured workforce development programs.

Dan holds a Doctorate of Education degree in Learning and Organization Change from Baylor University, a Master of Education degree in Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix, Bachelors of Science degree in Technical Management from DeVry University and an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics Technology from DeVry University.
